Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm very happy with Adrian team regarding their works and communications. Our bathroom was a typical "altbau" with different difficulties, yet Adrian and his team transformed it into a bathroom fitting our wishes. Additionally they were able to upgrade our other rooms as well and help with a lot of things we wished for. During the renovation, I was not able to visit onsite, Adrian kept me posted regularly and answered all of my questions. The works are done beautifully and the handover was smooth. I would really recommend his company for any renovation works.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Adrian and the CM Real Estate team renovated my 90 m² apartment and did a wonderful job. I really appreciated the way they worked, if issues arose , Adrian’s approach was open and problem-solving oriented. The whole crew is friendly, competent and professional. In particular, I’m impressed by how responsive and supportive they’ve been after project completion. I had skipped updating the bathroom during the original project due to budget constraints, but have them coming back to do that this year.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trustworthy, efficient and quick. No complaint whatsoever, very, very recommended!

Null Beschwerden, sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

FAQs

How do you make sure the final result matches our vision?

We start with a detailed consultation, where we listen carefully to your ideas, needs, and preferences. Throughout the project, we keep you updated, involve you in key decisions, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final result is exactly what you envisioned.

What is the cost of a consultation?

The consultation, on-site viewing, and an initial rough estimation are completely free. This allows us to understand your project needs and give you a general idea of costs. If both sides decide to move forward, we’ll dive into the details and provide a precise, customized offer tailored to your renovation project.

What role do clients play?

Your input is essential at every stage. From the initial consultation to material selection and key design choices, we keep you involved. We provide expert guidance and handle the technical work, but your vision and preferences shape the final result. Clear communication ensures everything aligns with your expectations.

How are project budgets managed?

We ensure full cost transparency from the start. After the initial consultation and rough estimation, we provide a detailed offer with clear pricing. Throughout the project, we stick to the agreed budget and inform you in advance if any adjustments are needed due to unforeseen circumstances. No hidden costs, no surprises—just a well-planned renovation within your budget.
